CHI-ZENTRUM Dietikon AG

The CHI-ZENTRUM Dietikon AG was founded in 1985 and has established itself as a holistic course and therapy center. Here, a broad spectrum of preventive and therapeutic offerings is provided for people of every age and state of health. In an inviting environment, participants can pursue their personal health goals in small groups of a maximum of eight people or in private lessons. The range includes various courses such as bellicon HEALTH, a health-oriented training on the mini-trampoline, as well as medical Qi Gong, which can be particularly supportive with neurological conditions such as MS.

Alongside these courses, the program also includes offerings such as Tai Ji Quan, Hatha yoga, back exercises with relaxation, autogenic training and meditation. The goal of the CHI-ZENTRUM is to support each participant individually and to create a pleasant learning atmosphere that promotes the individual's further development. In addition, people with physical or psychological complaints can be comprehensively treated and advised in the center's integrated naturopathic practice. Together with qualified therapists, an individual treatment plan is created here that is tailored to the specific needs of the clients. Currently, most courses take place as in-person instruction, although some are also offered online via platforms such as Zoom. In order to meet the differing needs, value is placed on a wide variety of different therapy and course offerings.
