1. Controller

CityHero, Switzerland — reachable at hello@cityhero.ch.

2. What data we process

Request data: when you submit a reservation, appointment or quote request, we process the data you provide (name, email, optional phone plus the details of your request) to transmit it to the businesses you selected.

Account data: when you sign in, we store your email address and session information.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamp, page accessed) for operational security, kept for a maximum of 30 days.

3. No tracking cookies

CityHero uses no advertising or tracking cookies. For reach measurement we use cookieless, aggregated statistics. Necessary cookies are limited to login sessions.

4. Sharing with businesses

Your request is transmitted exclusively to the businesses you selected yourself (for multi-requests, to all selected ones). No further sharing or sale of your personal data takes place.

5. External content

Maps are rendered via OpenFreeMap/OpenStreetMap (your browser fetches map tiles). Ratings shown originate from Google and are displayed with attribution.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data at any time. Contact hello@cityhero.ch — we reply within 30 days.
