1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the cityhero.ch platform by visitors (“users”) and listed businesses. The operator is CityHero (“CityHero”).
2. CityHero’s service
CityHero is a directory with a referral function: users find businesses, compare offers and submit requests (reservation, appointment, quote) — to several businesses at once if desired. CityHero forwards requests but is not a party to the resulting transactions and gives no guarantee regarding replies, availability or service quality of the businesses.
3. Use by users
Requests via CityHero are free and non-binding for users. There is no entitlement to a reply. Abusive requests (spam, fake details) lead to blocking.
4. Business listings
The basic listing is free. Businesses can claim their listing, maintain content and activate paid services (request reception, additional features). Prices and conditions are shown transparently at checkout. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their information.
5. Ranking
Lists are sorted by the disclosed Hero Score (rating, review count, request activity, profile quality). Ranking positions cannot be bought.
6. Liability, changes, jurisdiction
CityHero is liable only for gross negligence and intent. The platform may evolve and these terms may be amended; the published version applies. Swiss law governs; the place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office.
