What does a CityHero listing cost?
The basic listing is and remains free: profile, opening hours, photos, ratings. You only pay for real-time qualified requests and Pro features — fair, transparent and cancellable anytime.
How do I receive requests?
Guests and customers send reservation, appointment or quote requests directly via your profile or the category search. Once your access is activated, you receive every request by email and in your login.
How do I climb the ranking?
The Hero Score is open: 40% rating, 25% review count, 20% request activity, 15% profile quality. Keep your profile complete, deliver top service — and every request via CityHero pushes you further up.
Can I buy a better position?
No. The Hero Score and the ranking are not for sale — not even for Pro customers. What you can pay for are visibility extras, clearly marked as ads and outside the ranking.
