Progressive Sports GmbH is a first-class private gym in Adliswil, Zurich, specialized in the individual needs of competitive athletes, business people and busy individuals. Our concept combines exclusive fitness offerings with a personalized coaching approach. In our private gym, we offer tailor-made programs geared to the specific goals of our members. Through our flexible training times and individual support, we maximize results in the shortest possible time.

Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to guarantee an optimal training experience. From the beginning of 2026, we will expand our range of equipment and enlarge the training area to make room for additional forms of training such as functional training and bodybuilding. With us, discretion comes first, so that all members can enjoy a safe and private training environment.

Our offering includes not only personal training and nutrition coaching, but also offerings such as body fat measurements and executive coaching, specially for leaders. Our trainers are highly qualified and have experience at world championship level in natural bodybuilding. They use this expertise to develop effective and motivating training programs.

The location of the studio in Adliswil offers not only 24-hour access for members but also a direct connection to public transport as well as parking facilities. Thus the gym is easy to reach and ideal for everyone who wants to work seriously on their fitness.
