Premossa

Premossa is an innovative practice for pain therapy specializing in the Liebscher & Bracht method. The founder, Tina Inglin, is a certified pain therapist who supports people of all age groups in relieving their musculoskeletal pain and regaining mobility. In my practice in Affoltern am Albis, I help my clients not only to become pain-free in the short term, but also to maintain their freedom from pain over the long term through targeted exercises and techniques.

In a free introductory conversation, we clarify the possibilities of therapy and discuss whether the Liebscher & Bracht method is suitable for your particular pain. Each client receives an individual treatment based on their needs and the severity of their complaints. As a rule, three to five sessions are necessary to achieve noticeable progress. The sessions can be supplemented with further exercises that are easy to perform at home. In addition, there is the option of taking part in group courses, where you work together with others on pain relief in a supportive environment.

The choice of the name "Premossa" comes from the combination of medical Latin terms: "premere" means to press, and "ossa" stands for bones. This name reflects the central method of my therapy: osteopressure, which is based on applying targeted pressure to the bones.

Through pain therapy according to Liebscher & Bracht, it is possible not only to treat current pain but also to counteract the development of new pain preventively. My goal is to improve my clients' quality of life and to accompany them on their path to lasting freedom from pain.
