Amanthos AG

Amanthos AG is an independent German and Swiss real estate and hospitality group founded in Stuttgart in 2019. Within a short time, the corporate group has evolved from a real estate consultancy into a vertically integrated platform that unites real estate advisory, hospitality and serviced apartments under one roof. Our concept is designed to offer investors and guests a transparent and high-quality experience, with a focus on long-term value creation and sustainable partnerships.

The expansion into Switzerland began in 2021 with the founding of Amanthos Holding AG in Greppen, where we immediately entered hotel operations. Today we operate three hotels at premium locations in Zurich, Interlaken and Graubünden, each with its own character but all meeting high standards of service and hospitality.

With Amanthos Living, we also offer a brand of serviced apartments that are fully equipped and tailored to the needs of business travelers and long-term guests. Our serviced apartments enable digital check-in and flexible terms, and are located at strategically important business locations in Switzerland.
