Under the direction of Gandalf Reile, a certified complementary therapist for Shiatsu, an individual form of therapy is created that is tailored to the needs of each person.

Shiatsu is a Far Eastern healing method that works through targeted pressure along the meridians. This touch goes deep and aims to release tension and calm the nervous system. The goal is to activate the body's self-healing powers and thereby contribute to the restoration of inner balance.

The applications are effective not only for physical complaints such as back or neck pain, but also for stress and exhaustion. At GR Shiatsu, a space for spiritual renewal and physical relaxation is created within a soothing environment.
