Blanca Bruggmann

Blanca Bruggmann is an experienced therapist who specializes in various alternative healing methods. With a holistic approach, she offers individual treatments to promote health and well-being. Following the motto "Health is not everything, but without health everything is nothing" by Arthur Schopenhauer, she pursues the goal of helping her clients release their physical and emotional blockages.

In her therapies, she combines different techniques, including manual lymphatic drainage, a special massage technique aimed at removing congestion in the tissue and activating the body's self-healing powers. The polarity treatment harmonizes the flow of energy in the body and contributes to physical and emotional balance. In addition, she offers the deacidification massage, which represents a deep-acting method of elimination and detoxification. For clients suffering from emotional blockages and trauma, she conducts Somatic Experiencing talk therapies that focus on resolving these blockages.

The practice of Blanca Bruggmann is located in Dietlikon, easily accessible both by car and by public transport. The location offers ample parking directly in front of the building. The opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 20:00, with appointments also possible by arrangement. Her many years of experience and continuous further training in various fields of alternative medicine make her a competent contact for anyone looking for a holistic health solution. Blanca Bruggmann is aimed at people who need both physical and psychological support and who are willing to work actively for their health.
