Sino Care Practice of Chinese Medicine

Welcome to the Sinocare practice, established in the city center of Duebendorf since 2007. The central location, at Marktgasse 7, next to the Migros, ensures easy accessibility for both locals and visitors to the town. The practice is known for its broad range of Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches, which are individually tailored to the needs of patients. In the practice we offer a trusting and respectful atmosphere in which our patients can feel comfortable. Our goal is to address our patients' health problems holistically and, through traditional methods of healing, to achieve an improvement in their quality of life.

The treatment methods of Chinese medicine are diverse. In addition to acupuncture, which not only relieves pain but can also be used preventively, we also offer laser acupuncture, a pain-free alternative for anyone who is afraid of needles. TuiNa massages, which are based on the body's energy channels, are also an important part of our treatment offering. Herbal medicine, too, plays a central role in TCM and can be used ideally as a complement to acupuncture or massage. In addition, we offer moxibustion, cupping, kinesio taping and gua sha in order to optimally activate the body's self-healing powers.

Our therapists rely on a well-founded TCM diagnosis and engage in close dialogue with each patient in order to find the best therapeutic approach. With all our TCM methods, we strive not only to treat the symptoms but also to identify the causes and relieve them sustainably. In addition, we offer valuable information on Chinese dietetics, which is based on the philosophy of nutrition in TCM, in order to support the healing process. In our modern treatment rooms we succeed in harmoniously combining tradition and modern approaches. The practice name Sinocare is composed of the words Sino, derived from sinology, and Care, meaning to look after and nurture.
