Welcome to Tierarztpraxis Schauenberg, where the health of your animal friend comes first. Our practice offers specialized medical services for both small and large animals in a personal and friendly atmosphere. For the preventive healthcare of your little darlings, we carry out medical assessments, therapies, and minor surgical procedures. We place great value on individual care and are also happy to come to your home if needed.

The practice is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. On Saturdays, we are reachable exclusively for emergencies. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show, we are unfortunately forced to charge the corresponding costs.

As a specialist in herd medicine, I also advise you comprehensively on the husbandry and care of large animals. We are able to carry out both individual animal treatments and holistic herd assessments when your animal is unwell. Our services range from general internal and orthopedic assessments to specialized treatments such as dental cleaning and extractions.

Our special services also include feeding advice, medically sound and independent, as well as the creation of BARF recipes. This way, we guarantee a healthy and species-appropriate diet. In addition, we offer various surgical procedures, including simple soft tissue surgery and neutering of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. Furthermore, we have an in-house laboratory for fast analyses as well as a portable digital X-ray for precise diagnoses.

With Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we offer alternative treatment methods, including acupuncture for small and large animals as well as Chinese nutritional therapy. With us, the well-being of your animal is always the central focus, and we are here to support you with advice and assistance.
