MeikoVet Kleintierpraxis Frauenfeld

The MeikoVet small-animal practice in Frauenfeld was founded in 2017 and quickly established itself as a competent center for animal health. It is located in a modern multi-complex building at Schaffhauserstrasse 74, where pet owners find a comprehensive service for their beloved four-legged friends. In October 2024, Dr. med. vet. Maja Tischhauser took over the management of the practice and brings her extensive experience in veterinary medicine. The dedicated team offers a variety of medical services, including general health prevention, vaccination recommendations, as well as specialized treatments such as ultrasound, X-ray, and dental procedures.

The practice is distinguished by its warm atmosphere and the focus on the well-being of the animals. Modern technical equipment and a quiet reception area contribute to ensuring that both animals and their owners feel comfortable. In addition, MeikoVet offers things that go beyond ordinary veterinary treatment, e.g. neutering, tumor operations, and pain therapies. Particularly noteworthy is the possibility of a house call to accompany your pets on their final journey, which eases the emotional farewell.

In addition, a broad spectrum of specialized services is available to patients from the Thurgau region, including laparoscopic neutering and orthopedic surgery in cooperation with experienced surgeons. For dog owners, emergency courses are offered regularly in order to be able to act quickly and safely in serious cases.
