The Restaurant Geeren is a traditional Zurich country Beiz, nestled in the idyllic surroundings above Dübendorf. With us you can expect a casual, personal atmosphere in which hospitality is a top priority. Our rooms, from the venerable dining room and the cozy Säli to the secluded garden restaurant, offer an ideal setting for relaxed gatherings. Here you enjoy our affordable farmhouse cooking, which has been valued for decades for its taste and quality.

We place great value on local ingredients and seasonal dishes. In the summer season we conjure up light, fresh dishes that whet the appetite for more. Currently we recommend our Geeremer beef tartare and boiled beef salad. Our menus are diverse and range from hearty main courses to sweet desserts.

The location of the Geeren is especially charming; surrounded by nature and far from the urban hustle and bustle, we are excellently suited for family celebrations, romantic dinners, or simply for a relaxed evening with friends. Our friendly staff ensure that every guest feels comfortable and spends an unforgettable evening with us. In addition, we are open from Wednesday to Sunday and warmly invite you to enjoy the fresh country air and the cozy atmosphere with us.

Our restaurant is accessible to everyone, whether for young families with children, couples, or older guests. Children are warmly welcome with us, and we offer a special children's menu just for them.

During our renovation we are closed from approximately the end of February to mid-September, but we look forward to welcoming you back soon to bring you the best traditions of Zurich cuisine.
