For almost 20 years, FlowFuchs has been supporting people in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria on their path to greater physical and emotional freedom. The approach is based on the FlowAlignment method, known for its ability to bring the complexity of the body, nervous system, and emotions into focus.

Nicole Matthießen, the founder and experienced coach, draws on over 5,000 sessions to attend individually to the needs of her clients. Her goal is to hear the voice of the body and to help clients better understand their emotional and physical patterns. The individual journey often begins with a free neck guide or a personal analysis using the Body Compass, before deeper offerings in the form of workshops or 1:1 mentoring are used.
