For our pizzas we use exclusively the finest Italian ingredients. The flours are chosen with great care, and the dough matures for at least 24 hours to develop its distinctive flavor. Once the dough is ready, it is shaped by skilled hands into a perfect pizza base. Our pizza is baked in a handcrafted Moretti Forni oven at 430°C within 60 to 90 seconds, which ensures the typical airy crust and crispy base. In addition, we offer an exquisite selection of antipasti that reflect the flavors of Italy. Our wine list is carefully composed to optimally complement the tastes of our dishes and offer an all-round successful taste experience.
