Welcome to the Gasthof Restaurant OXEN in Küsnacht, where unconventional gastronomy meets stylish elegance. Here in the picturesque community on Lake Zurich, regional tradition and modern refinement blend into a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Our restaurant offers a varied menu that comprises both classic and contemporary dishes. Although our menu changes regularly, guests can look forward to seasonal highlights prepared with fresh, local ingredients. In addition, we offer a creative weekly lunch menu that is suitable both for a quick bite and for special occasions.

The ambience at the OXEN is designed to create an inviting atmosphere in which guests can relax both indoors and outdoors. Every meal is prepared with great love and care to meet the highest standards. Among the specialties are authentic traditional dishes from the region, complemented by innovative creations.

Besides the restaurant operation, we also offer charming accommodations in the form of single and double rooms. The "OXEN Sleeper Service" is inspired by historic railway sleeping cars and offers a unique overnight option for travelers and locals alike.

For special occasions or celebrations, our OXEN hall and a boardroom are available. These rooms are ideal for meetings, banquets, or festivities. Küsnacht itself is known for its beautiful location on Lake Zurich, and with only a 15-minute drive to the city center of Zurich, our guesthouse offers the perfect combination of relaxation and urban proximity.
