Massagepraxis T. Koller

Welcome to Massagepraxis T. Koller in Rüschlikon, where your well-being and your health are the focus. In my practice I offer individual massages tailored to your specific needs. Various techniques are used to release tension, relieve complaints, and help you find calm. A pleasant atmosphere, combined with expert care, ensures that you can relax optimally.

A massage can be especially helpful if you suffer from stress, tension, or physical complaints. The classic massage, for example, is considered one of the oldest healing methods and enjoys great popularity for tension and pain in the musculoskeletal system. In addition to classic massage, I also offer special techniques such as manual lymphatic drainage. This is particularly effective for edema and complaints after operations or injuries, as it stimulates the flow of lymph and relieves the tissue.

Also prominent in my practice is connective tissue massage, which acts specifically on the subcutaneous tissue. This type of massage can help balance tension in the body and positively influence the body's own functions. I am registered with the EMR (Experiential Medicine Register) and am therefore also qualified for partial reimbursement of treatment costs by health insurers.

I warmly invite you to treat yourself to a break in my massage practice in order to bring health and harmony into your everyday life. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email to arrange an appointment.
