Ingredients are chosen according to the season, resulting in a varied and creative menu. The passion for wine is also strongly pronounced. The team has a well-stocked wine cellar that, alongside exquisite French wines, also includes many wonderful Swiss bottles. Here every bottle is chosen with care and the wine list is updated regularly.
