The Bachmann winery on Lake Zurich warmly welcomes wine lovers from throughout the region. Surrounded by gentle hills and breathtaking views of Lake Zurich, the winery offers a unique setting for producing wines that embody both character and elegance. The steep, partly terraced vineyards are home to a variety of grape varieties that thrive perfectly thanks to the special lake climate and the mineral-rich soil. Mr. Jonathan Bachmann, our cellar master, ensures that traditional craftsmanship is combined with modern approaches in wine production.

A special feature of the winery is the production of low-histamine wines. These are produced specifically to offer enjoyment to sensitive wine lovers as well. The adaptation of the vinification processes allows us to create wines that are not only delicious, but also easy to tolerate.

The winery's wines are divided into three main categories: the light, fresh lake wines, the characterful mountain wines, and the exclusive reserve wines, which are produced only in outstanding vintages. In selecting our wines, we place great value on quality and sustainability in order to offer our guests a high-quality experience of enjoyment.
