The café also offers a selection of European wines, carefully chosen by the wine merchant Hofer from Zürich. The menu includes diverse options ranging from breakfast to lunch to desserts, tapas, and pasta. The table grill, also known as Charbonnade, is offered from two people by advance order and provides a unique opportunity to experience gastronomy up close. In nice weather, the grilling pleasure can be enjoyed on the terrace. Markus Blaser, the founder, wants to use his many years of experience in gastronomy to create a place where people can come together, have conversations, and laugh.
