Steiner-Beck AG is a traditional bakery that has been rooted in the Zurich Oberland since 1936. Here, high-quality baked goods, cakes and delicious pralines are produced daily from select raw materials. In the modern Backstube in Wetzikon, we focus on fresh and varied offerings suited both for a small bite in between and for a great indulgence. The emphasis is on the quality and craftsmanship of our bakers and pastry chefs, who create the products with passion and creativity. We set special accents through seasonal products and special offerings such as vegan sandwiches or UrDinkel (heirloom spelt) products.

In addition to baked goods, we have a rich breakfast selection, aromatic coffee and daily changing lunch menus, which are offered to guests in our cozy cafés. An Alektro and sausage salad or a selection of homemade tartlets are the highlights of the lunch offer. Our branches invite you not only to indulge but also to linger, especially the terrace of the Hinwil Bahnhof branch, which becomes a convivial meeting place from June to August.

We are also committed to sustainable practices and work against food waste by using unsold baked goods responsibly.
