My goal is to support women and young people in their pursuit of physical and emotional well-being. Especially during challenging life phases, such as menstrual complaints, hormonal challenges, the desire to have children, or menopause, I apply my therapies. With natural means and methods, I help to relieve complaints and promote general well-being. I invite you to get to know my comprehensive range of gentle and therapeutic methods. Reflexology is one of my specialties. It is based on the assumption that certain zones on the feet are connected to corresponding areas of the body. Through targeted touch and massage of these zones, I can achieve therapeutic effects and contribute to general health. My massages, including the classic massage, help to release tension and bring the body into balance. In addition, I offer special treatments for pregnancy and after birth. These are aimed not only at mothers but also at women who are in the process of rediscovering their bodies after eventful life experiences. A special concern of mine is the younger generations; stress and tension are also part of everyday life for children and adolescents. Therefore, it is important to show them early ways to relax.
