Andrea Maria Decurtins is an experienced body therapist and masseuse who helps her clients reconnect with themselves, beyond pressure and expectations. Her holistic approach addresses the connection between body, mind, and soul. Through mindful touch and attention, she creates a space in which the body can remember how healing happens. Her aim is to support clients in returning to the source of health and embodied being.

Andrea's craniosacral therapy and Tibetan cranial therapy are especially effective for chronic pain, sleep disorders, jaw and neck tension, as well as for supporting the healing process after accidents. They can also help with migraines, digestive complaints, and challenging life transitions. They have the potential to foster inner stability and holistic health, so that clients can feel at home in their bodies again.

Craniosacral therapy activates self-regulation on all levels of being through fine manual impulses and releases blockages to promote well-being and health. Complementing this, Andrea often involves elements of Somatic Experiencing to release trauma at the level of the body and nervous system and to bring blocked energy into flow.

Tibetan cranial therapy is a complementary method that can bring about a realignment and harmony in body and mind. This form of therapy opens the spiritual channel and fosters a deep connection to oneself and to life.

In addition to these therapies, Andrea also offers massages that can be individually designed according to the theme and wish. Her extensive experience of the past 17 years flows into every session, and classic as well as intuitive massages are available on request.
