Fabienne offers various massage techniques to support holistic healing and activate the body's self-healing powers. Her therapies include classic massages, foot reflexology, as well as special treatments such as manual lymphatic drainage and hot stone massage. Classic massage is one of the oldest healing methods and is used here both prophylactically and to treat acute complaints. It promotes circulation, relieves muscular tension, and contributes to relaxation.

Foot reflexology considers the connections between the organs and the reflex points on the feet, while manual lymphatic drainage aims to reduce swelling. Hot stone massage uses the warmth of stones to release tension and boost circulation.

Special attention is given to women who are in particular phases of life such as pregnancy, whose physical challenges require special care. From the 12th week of pregnancy onward, special pregnancy massages are offered that help with relaxation and relieve pain.

The practice is centrally located in the old town of Winterthur, making it easily accessible for many clients.
