Welcome to the Praxis für Naturheilkunde Mirjam Schaad. Since 2010 the practice has offered a holistic approach to health, based on Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN). Our offering includes a variety of treatments tailored to the individual needs of our clients. We focus on activating the self-healing powers through a comprehensive view of the overall human system. In naturopathy we combine the most modern findings with traditional methods to promote optimal health.

Our core areas include, among others, iris diagnosis, constitutional therapy, phytotherapy and various eliminating procedures such as cupping and the use of the Pneumatron 200, a pneumatic pulsation massage. We also offer various forms of massage: classic massages, sports massages and specific treatments such as trigger-point and fascia techniques. These massages help to release muscle tension, promote circulation and increase overall well-being.

Our practice is located in Winterthur at Tellstrasse 40 and is easy to reach. We place great value on a pleasant and quiet atmosphere in which you can relax and optimally enjoy the various therapies. The rooms are designed to be barrier-free so that everyone has access to our services.
