Cranio101 - Craniosacral Therapie

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, manual body therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system. This system includes the brain and spinal fluid as well as the surrounding structures. In my practice in Winterthur I offer this form of therapy with a trauma-sensitive approach. This means that I pay particular attention to the needs of people who have physical complaints or are emotionally burdened. The therapy is ideal for all age groups, including babies and children, and can help with various complaints such as chronic pain, stress, exhaustion and emotional difficulties.

A central concern of craniosacral therapy is to stabilize the nervous system and activate the body's self-healing powers. Often it is injuries, operations or traumatic experiences that disturb the balance in the body. This is where the therapy comes in. Through gentle touch, space is created for inner peace and body awareness, allowing trust in one's own body to be regained. My goal is to support you in your individual healing process and to offer you a safe space to strengthen and promote your health.

The treatments take place in a barrier-free practice designed so that you can feel comfortable and come to rest. In addition to the therapy, I also offer informative conversations to address your individual questions. This includes discussing together the course of treatment and the specific challenges you may bring with you. It is important to me that you are not only treated, but that we work together to activate your self-healing powers and overcome challenges.
