In 1985 it was converted into a public limited company, and since the early 1990s it has been run by the third generation. Thaler AG has continuously developed and opened up new business areas, which allows it to offer a broad range of services. With around 50 employees, the company places great value on the training and continuing education of its employees and can look back on over 70 years of experience.

The range of services of Thaler AG covers various areas: In plastering, rendering work, lightweight walls, and acoustic ceilings are expertly carried out, while the painting division makes walls, ceilings, and facades shine in fresh colors. The floor-laying service realizes precise work with materials such as parquet, laminate, and carpet, and in the lacquering workshop, metal, wood, and plastic are professionally lacquered and coated.
