A warm welcome to alphaflow – mind & body, a place that brings body and mind into harmony. The alphaflow concept is based on the idea that physical well-being has a direct influence on mental health, and vice versa. Here a holistic and solution-oriented approach is pursued, combining various creative treatment methods to promote individual goals and personal development.

At the practice, clients are guided by Christian Moser, an experienced therapist who draws on many years of his own experience. The goals are to work on topics such as (inner) conflicts, relationship problems, fears, and stress. By becoming aware of personal patterns, clients are given the opportunity to actively shape a positive change and reclaim their bound-up energy.

The offering includes a variety of methods tailored to the individual needs of clients. Whether you want to relax, switch off, or gather new strength, here you'll find support. Alongside Thai massages and meditation sessions, neurofeedback sessions are also offered, which enable a deeply relaxed state. A free telephone consultation offers the opportunity to find the right method, even if you don't yet have any idea what the best choice for you would be.

alphaflow is aimed at everyone who wants to mobilize their inner resources and develop positively in various areas of life. It promotes presence, focus, performance, and joy in life, regardless of the challenges one is confronted with. The practice is located at Langwattstrasse 13 in Zollikerberg and can be reached by both phone and email. Appointments are binding and should be canceled or rescheduled in advance to avoid costs. In the event of illness or accident, a refund is possible provided a doctor's certificate is presented.
