Our services are geared to the needs of owners' associations. We offer four different service packages specially tailored to the structure and requirements of the respective associations, all with access to the ImmoApp, our digital client portal.

Our service packages begin with “Compact,” for associations of up to 6 owners, and include property accounting, owners' meetings, and standard communication for an annual price from CHF 2,000. The “Comfort” package offers a defined scope of services with a plannable hourly budget, available on request. For more complex needs, such as those that can arise in the case of financial difficulties or larger construction projects, we offer the “Advanced” package, likewise on request. New in our offering is our “Digital Twin,” which comprises lifecycle property management for new builds and offers additional 3D views on request.

In addition, we provide our digital renewal planner “Forecast8,” which gives you an overview of the necessary renewal measures and their costs. This creates the necessary transparency and is a valuable basis for decisions at owners' meetings.
