Prima Zumikon

LANDI Mittlerer Zürisee is a cooperative organization active in the region on the right bank of Lake Zürich and in Zumikon. Its core task is to promote and support the economic interests of its members, in particular by purchasing and marketing agricultural produce. The five Prima stores and the LANDI store offer residents a broad range of food and everyday goods. The PRIMA stores serve not only as points of sale but also as meeting places where customers can experience a familiar sense of community.

A significant part of the offering is also access to agricultural farm products, which are distributed through the cooperative's retail channels. This platform allows members to bring their products directly to customers, so that supporting local agriculture becomes a practiced reality. LANDI Mittlerer Zürisee is actively committed to strengthening the regional economy and enables members to benefit from shared resources and structures.

In addition to its retail work, LANDI Mittlerer Zürisee is also active in the energy sector and operates the AGROLA filling station in Herrliberg. This location is part of one of the largest filling-station networks in Switzerland. The successful combination of retail and energy supply ensures that customers in the region can not only do their daily shopping but also gain quick access to fuel.

With 230 members and 45 employees, the cooperative is strongly rooted in the region and makes a significant contribution to the local economic structure. Each year, LANDI Mittlerer Zürisee generates a net revenue of around CHF 21 million. The interplay between high-quality product availability, customer proximity, and sustainable support of local agriculture shows how important the cooperative is for the community. Members are invited to actively participate in the development and the offerings and can also benefit from the advantages of membership. LANDI Mittlerer Zürisee is thus an essential part of regional life.
