Unholz Wärme AG, based in the picturesque Greifensee, has been a reliable provider of heating and hot water services for various types of buildings since 1985, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings as well as public facilities. Our company specializes in delivering heat from the forest to the end consumer and focuses on the use of landscape maintenance wood, construction site clearing, and forest wood in order to ensure a sustainable heat supply for the Greifensee and Nänikon regions.

A central aspect of our offering is tree felling, which we assess individually depending on the size and location of the tree. In doing so, we offer our customers non-binding quotes for professional felling. In addition, we have our own crane vehicle with trailer to efficiently transport wood and shrubs away from the forest, garden, or construction site.

Beyond that, we accept problem wood, such as wood affected by beetles or fire blight, and immediately send it for incineration. We are also available for smaller transports, particularly in the field of wood.

Unholz Wärme AG is proud of its modern machine fleet. Among other things, we use the powerful JCB 3230 with crane and tridem trailer as well as the versatile Manitou 1440 with fork, shovel, and sweeper to offer our services efficiently.

Our vision and mission is to contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions through sustainable wood harvesting and innovative heating solutions. As a medium-sized family business in its second generation, we are firmly rooted in the region and stand by our customers as competent points of contact.
