Our diverse offering includes, alongside fitness and group classes, wellness and Cryo Health services. Among the specialties are our innovative strength-training programs, complemented by individual personal training, as well as specialized nutritional expertise and physiotherapy. This combination ensures that our members become not only physically fit but also mentally strong. The Finnish sauna and steam baths are also available to relax and regenerate the body after training.

Our location in the heart of Küsnacht, just five minutes from Erlenbach station, makes us easy to reach. We offer our members free parking directly at the building, which makes the journey even more convenient. The opening hours of 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week, give you the flexibility to plan your training sessions optimally.
