Duttweiler Hansruedi

The Metzgerei Duttweiler butcher shop was founded on April 1, 1987, by Hansruedi Duttweiler. With a deeply rooted passion for meat processing, inspired by his father as an itinerant butcher, Hansruedi has, together with his wife Gabi, processed several tons of meat over the past 35 years into high-quality, ready-to-cook products. Even after his retirement, his love for making Salsiccia does not let go of him. Together with his son Michael, he continues sausage production and offers a rich assortment of homemade sausage and meat specialties.

The offering includes an impressive selection of sausage products, among them Salsiccia in various variations such as Salsiccia piccante and al finocchio, as well as traditional bratwursts and seasonal specialties. The butcher shop places great value on quality and uses traditional recipes carried out with a great deal of heart. In addition, first-class smoked specialties such as Mostbröckli and Bauernspeck are produced in the shop's own smokehouse.

Further offerings include fresh cuts of beef, veal, pork, lamb, and poultry. Customers have the option to individually assemble meat platters for special occasions such as fondue or table-grill evenings and conveniently order these by email or telephone.

Metzgerei Duttweiler is also known for its gift vouchers, which are ideal as a present for gourmets. With these vouchers, recipients can choose their favorite products from the varied assortment.
