Heiri and Anna Bolleter cultivate the Aebleten vineyard site, which stretches over 1.5 hectares. Nine different grape varieties thrive here, from which a diverse selection of wines is produced. All wines are made as single varietals and matured with the utmost care in the estate's own wine cellar, in order to preserve the unique aromas and the high quality of the grapes.
