Welcome to the practice SHIATSU erleben by Barbara Wirth! Here you will find a holistic touch technique from Japan, based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Shiatsu is practiced on the clothed body on a soft mat and promotes the flow of energy along the meridians. The aim is to bring body, mind, and soul into balance. The treatment helps you to move more easily, breathe more freely, and find clarity of mind. Time is taken to set impulses for the self-regulation of the body's systems and to expand one's own body awareness.

Barbara Wirth is a trained complementary therapist and brings her passion for foreign languages as well as her experience in bodywork into the practice. For over 10 years she has been engaged with Shiatsu and learned the method at the European Shiatsu Institute. The treatment is suitable for people of all ages for general health promotion and offers support with stress, fatigue, and physical complaints. Shiatsu provides space for recovery and accompanies you through challenging life situations.

After the treatment, clients often report increased well-being, new energy, and inner calm. The treatments are individually tailored to your needs. Mindful pressure is applied with the hands, thumbs, elbows, or knees, and techniques from fascia work, craniosacral therapy, and more can be integrated.

For the treatment, please bring comfortable, elastic clothing and socks, ideally made of natural fibers such as cotton. The duration of the treatment is between 60 and 75 minutes, and the prices are clearly stated, ensuring a transparent cost structure. The first 75 minutes cost CHF 165, while follow-up appointments of 60 minutes cost CHF 132. To make cancellations easier, we ask you to cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
