In my practice Therapie Obrist, I accompany you with empathy through therapeutic processes, with the goal of helping you master your life with greater strength and clarity. Body therapy is the focus and forms the foundation of my work. Complementary methods such as micronutrient counseling, talk therapy and nerve-calming exercises ensure that body, mind and soul are brought into harmony. These approaches are tailored individually to your needs, so that you can achieve your personal goals.

In a trusting and mindful atmosphere, we explore together what strengthens you, where you need more structure, and how you can find emotional, mental and physical balance. Your individual well-being and your concerns are at the center, and we work in a solution-oriented way to foster lasting stability, ease and inner balance.

The treatments can be billed via EMR, EGK and Visana, which means that almost all supplementary insurances recognize them. The costs are set according to tariff 590 and amount to CHF 12.-- per 5 minutes. Please note that in case you are unable to attend, a cancellation is required 24 hours in advance, otherwise the time will be charged.
