Meat products come exclusively from local butchers such as Metzgerei Müller in Brüttisellen and Metzgerei Brotega. The hot kitchen is open Monday to Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., while on Sundays service runs from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The restaurant also offers the possibility of renting its premises, ideal for weddings or larger celebrations.
