Welcome to the Shiatsu practice of Rahel Huber, your refuge for healing and renewal in Winterthur. Following a bereavement, our practice is currently being covered by qualified colleagues. At our practice at Stadthausstrasse 131 in Winterthur, we focus on the holistic healing method of Shiatsu, which is intended to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony. Shiatsu literally means "finger pressure" and is a form of Japanese bodywork. Blockages that manifest in the body can be released through mindful touch, allowing life energy to flow freely again. Each therapist brings their own life situation and experience into the treatment, which makes every session unique and individual.

Shiatsu is suitable for a wide range of physical and psychological complaints, including migraines, stress, sleep problems, back pain, and digestive complaints, to name just a few. We also offer special treatments for pregnant women and babies. With the experience I have gathered since 2007 as a Shiatsu therapist, I accompany my clients on their path toward self-healing and a deep connection with themselves.

The practice conveys a warm and inviting feeling that contributes to relaxation with every treatment. Our philosophy is based on the idea that the body reflects our inner truth and serves as a guide in our life. It is our goal that every client feels comfortable with us, so that they can fully experience the beneficial effect of the Shiatsu treatment.
