Center-Ayurveda

Center-Ayurveda is a place where people have the opportunity to come to rest, gather new strength, and actively shape their health. The philosophy of Ayurveda is based on the assumption that lasting health arises where body, mind, and lifestyle are in harmony with one another. Every person possesses the inner power to achieve balance, which, however, is often impaired by external influences. The focus of our treatments is on rediscovering this natural power and promoting inner balance.

The millennia-old healing art from India uses the power of plants and natural elements to cure a variety of illnesses. At the beginning of each treatment, a detailed diagnosis is carried out, in which the client's individual constitution is determined. This constitution is usually described as a mixture of the three doshas Kapha, Pitta, and Vata, each of which has different characteristics:

Kapha, which combines the elements earth and water, is typically associated with a sturdy build and shiny, soft skin. Pitta, on the other hand, which contains fire, is often associated with a muscular body and sensitive, thin skin. Vata, with elements of wind and space, often describes a delicate figure without pronounced muscles and usually has light, dry skin.

At the practice of Center-Ayurveda, care is taken to ensure that every treatment is individually attuned in order to address the specific needs and challenges of the client. Through targeted Ayurvedic treatments and massages, the body's self-healing is promoted in order to return to inner harmony.
