Bistro Hanoi

Bistro Hanoi is a Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Dübendorf that has been known for its authentic cuisine since its opening in August 2021. Huyen, the founder, brings over four years of experience from another Vietnamese restaurant in Zurich and places great value on the traditions of northern Vietnamese cuisine. The bistro offers a variety of dishes, including popular soups such as Pho Bo, Bun Bo Hue, and Bun Rieu, all of which are prepared through a special cooking process that takes several hours. This care has made the bistro an insider tip in the region, and many guests praise the "best soup in the city." In addition to soups, the Nem Ran Hanoi rolls and Vietnamese salad bowls such as Bun Bo Xao and Bun Thit Heo Nam Bo are also very much in demand. These dishes are popular with customers because of their light, healthy preparation and the fact that many of them are gluten-free. In addition, the bistro also offers delicious Jiaozi, which are especially popular with Asian customers.
