Flamenco Tanzschule Bettina Castaño

The Flamenco Tanzschule Bettina Castaño at Teufener Strasse 75 in St. Gallen is devoted entirely to flamenco. As a specialised flamenco school, it teaches the distinctive blend of footwork, arm movement, posture and expression that defines this Spanish dance.

Flamenco is more than a sequence of steps: it lives on rhythm (compás), body tension and emotional expression. Lessons usually build up basic technique, footwork (zapateado), arm movements and a feel for the beat – a path open to beginners as much as to experienced dancers wanting to deepen their technique and stage presence.

For everyone in St. Gallen who wants to get to know flamenco in depth, Bettina Castaño's school offers a specialised setting. Further information is available via castano-flamenco.com.
