Praxis für Shiatsu - MannFrauSein

The Praxis für Shiatsu – MannFrauSein can be found in St. Gallen at Notkerstrasse 14 and places Shiatsu treatment at the centre of its offering. The name hints at an approach that views the person as a whole.

Shiatsu is a body-oriented form of treatment originating in Japan, in which gentle, targeted pressure is applied. The aim is to release tension, stimulate the flow of energy and enable deep relaxation. The treatment usually takes place in comfortable clothing and creates space to consciously find calm.

With its location in St. Gallen, the practice addresses people looking for a mindful and personally guided treatment – as a counterbalance to stress, to promote well-being or on the path to greater body awareness. Further information is available at mannfrausein.com.
