Petra Martinet-Rusch – Kunst der Energie

Petra Martinet-Rusch – Kunst der Energie in St. Gallen at Rorschacher Strasse 15 brings several body-oriented fields together under one roof. The business combines a physiotherapy-oriented practice with massage and a martial arts school, creating an offering centred on movement, bodywork, and wellbeing.

This combination allows a holistic approach: massage and body-therapy methods support relaxation and recovery, while the martial arts train mobility, strength, body awareness, and inner balance. The focus is on individual support that takes each client's starting situation and goals into account.

The offering is aimed at people in St. Gallen and the region who want to combine bodywork, movement, and personal development – from targeted treatment to regular training.
