My MoveArt - Praxis für Feldenkrais und Psychotherapie

My MoveArt at Bankgasse 2 in St. Gallen is a practice for Feldenkrais and psychotherapy, combining body-oriented work with psychotherapeutic support. It appeals to people who wish to consider movement, body awareness and emotional experience together.

The Feldenkrais method relies on conscious, mindful movement to notice habits and expand one's range of motion. Complemented by psychotherapeutic support and a coaching offering, it creates a framework that fosters personal development, self-awareness and change.

Thanks to its central location in St. Gallen, the practice is easily accessible for interested people from the city and the region. It is aimed at those seeking a holistic, body- and process-oriented approach to their personal growth.
