MyHome Schweiz GmbH

MyHome Schweiz GmbH is based at Berneggstrasse 21B in St. Gallen and operates as a real estate agent. The business combines property brokerage with building consultancy, covering a somewhat broader field than a pure sales agency.

As an agent, MyHome Schweiz handles the sale and rental of properties – including valuation, marketing and support through to closing. Added to this is its role as a building consultant: questions about the condition, maintenance or structural measures of a property can thus be factored into a decision, which is especially useful for older objects or ahead of larger investments.

This combination makes MyHome Schweiz a sensible point of contact for owners and prospective buyers in St. Gallen who are looking not only for brokerage but also for an assessment of a property's structural side.
