SIV - Schweizer Immobilienschätzer Verband

The SIV – Schweizer Immobilienschätzer Verband (Swiss Association of Real Estate Appraisers) is located at Vadianstrasse 13 in St. Gallen and operates within the real estate field. Unlike an ordinary brokerage, the SIV acts as an association and a specialist body for property appraisals, concentrating expertise in the valuation of real estate.

Property appraisal is at the core of its work: anyone wanting a well-founded assessment of an object's value – for a purchase, sale, inheritance division, financing or tax matters – finds a fitting point of contact in an appraisers' organisation. As an association, the SIV also contributes to the quality and comparability of valuations and represents the interests of its field.

For owners and professionals in St. Gallen and beyond, the SIV is therefore a reference point for reliable, methodically sound property valuations and the network behind them.
