Our bistro, located within the impressive Fotostiftung Winterthur, is the perfect place to enjoy traditional Momos and other specialties of Tibetan cuisine. Here we use exclusively fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared according to recipes that are generations old. The flavors of our dishes are inspired by the Himalayan region and offer not only a delicious but also a nourishing and balanced experience. Our offering includes a variety of dishes, with the Momos - the famous Tibetan dumplings - available both steamed and fried. You can choose between different fillings, including meat, vegetables, or cheese. Alongside the Momos, we also serve a selection of aromatic curry dishes prepared with exquisite spices from the region. A very special highlight is our MomoKitchen buffet, which can be enjoyed by prior registration and offers an exquisite selection of Asian snacks and freshly prepared specialties.
