Scharrenberg Vollkornbäckerei, which has existed since 1982, specializes in the production of high-quality breads and baked goods. Our range is characterized by organic ingredients, which we process with a great deal of handwork and traditional technique. In our bakehouse "Stubenloo" we bake with Demeter grain, which impresses not only with its full flavor but is also particularly easy to digest. Our products are made without industrial additives and acquire their unique taste through a long dough fermentation and baking in the stone oven. This means that all of our baked goods are made with a great deal of love and care.

An important aspect of our philosophy is the use of 100% organic and Demeter-certified raw materials. This means that all of our ingredients come from certified organic cultivation, which is our top priority. We want not only to offer tasty products but also to protect the environment and nourish our customers healthily.

Every bread we bake goes through a long fermentation process (between 4-14 hours), which intensifies the aromas and improves digestibility.
