Shakti Spirit & NARM Therapie St. Gallen

Shakti Spirit & NARM Therapie St. Gallen is a psychotherapy-oriented offering at Schwertgasse 21 in St. Gallen. The practice supports people with personal and emotional matters, working from a body- and relationship-oriented understanding of therapy.

At the heart of the work is individual support within a protected setting. Psychotherapeutic processes typically begin with personal experience and help clients understand their burdens, strengthen their resources, and develop new room for action. Time, confidentiality, and a careful therapeutic relationship form the foundation for this.

The offering is aimed at people in St. Gallen and the region who are looking for professional support during a challenging phase of life or with distressing issues, and who value a mindful, personal approach.
