Psychotherapie Studerus GmbH

Psychotherapie Studerus GmbH is a psychotherapy practice in the centre of St. Gallen, at Bahnhofstrasse 5. As an independent practice organised as a limited company, it offers professional support for people dealing with psychological strain, difficult life situations or persistent emotional complaints.

Psychotherapy aims to help people better understand distressing thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns and to change them step by step. In confidential conversations, the background to the difficulties is explored together with clients, and paths towards greater stability and freedom of action are worked out. The process follows each person's individual concerns and pace.

Thanks to its proximity to the railway station, the practice is easy to reach by public transport from St. Gallen and the surrounding area – a practical advantage for regular sessions in everyday life.
